Farmily Music is for families of 1 or more people….We sing, we play, we dance, we chat, we giggle…we connect with the farm animals, plants, land and water… I’m so grateful to make music together there.
*we love our doggie family members and ask that you don’t bring them to this session*
Present on Chispas Farm: Water, a composting toilet, shade, some stumps and logs to sit on. Also wood chips, and some uneven ground.
Helpful items to bring: Blankets, instruments, refillable water bottles
Accessibility: The property has paths covered in wood chips, pretty flat, and very spread out.
Once you arrive at the farm, you can park on the street,
enter through the gate,
and make your way to the woods on the northwest corner of the property.
*Please be careful not to block any neighbor mailboxes*
No registration necesssary, show up as you can and as you are.

SPECIAL FULL MOON COMMUNITY REST + GRIEF SESSION
a space to rest into grief, held in community and with care

suggested fee per session: $20 – 75 please join us for the special full moon rest grief session, where we will be with rest & grief under the guidance & support of the full moon.
in this space, we will turn to rest and writing as a way to be with and soften into grief.
we will explore gentle movement and delicious rest in supported postures for extended periods of time. from this space of rest, we will ease into some writing related to grief and a circle for us to share.
note: everything is optional and adaptable. you are invited to participate in whatever way feels best for you ❤ journaling and rest support tools will be available in the space and feel free to bring your own! wearing masks is recommended.

about the facilitators:
mai is a writer, facilitator, and community grief care practitioner. mai works with writing, grief, and storytelling as a doorway and guide to move loving and life affirming ways of being — with ourselves, each other, and the earth.
mai is a certified end-of-life doula and conscious dying coach, is a children’s bereavement facilitator at The Grief Center NM, teaches grief stewardship through A Sacred Passing.
mai lives with their dog, Story, in Albuquerque , NM where they make home beneath the mountains and the moon.
